Lieutenant Edward J. Wrobliske was raised in the Humble
area from a very early age. He graduated from Humble High School and graduated with honors, Magna Cum Laude, from Mountain State
University where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership in Criminal Justice.
Lieutenant Wrobliske began his law enforcement career with the Houston Police Department in 1992. In March of 1993 he was hired
by the Humble Police Department. During his career with Humble, he has served in the capacity of patrol officer, detective and
lieutenant. As a patrol officer he was a member of the Police Departments first K-9 program and a member of the Bike Patrol.
He is also an active member of the SWAT team. In 2000, he was promoted to the criminal investigations division where he worked
a variety of assignments from theft to homicide. He was then promoted to the rank of Lieutenant in 2005 and currently serves as
the Criminal Investigation Division Lieutenant.
Lieutenant Wrobliske currently holds his Masters Peace Officers Certification with the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Officers
Standards and Education with over 6,000 hours in law enforcement training. Lieutenant Wrobliske is a 2005 Graduate of the Leadership
Command College at Sam Houston State University. He is also a 2005 Graduate of the FBI National Academy at Quantico, Virginia.
