Humble residents' first line of contact for Police, Fire and EMS
The Communications Division is the first point of contact for Humble residents in
need of Police, Fire, and EMS. These dedicated people are not only responsible for taking Emergency 911 and
non-emergency calls, but also providing life saving pre-arrival instructions, handling citizens' walk-in needs
and questions 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
The Division is made up of 11 full time TCLEOSE Licensed Telecommunicators with Emergency Medical Dispatch
certifications.
