WELCOME TO THE HUMBLE POLICE DEPARTMENT

On behalf of the department, I am pleased to welcome you to our website. Humble Police Department is a department of 64 law enforcement officers, a civilian group of 22, and eight part-time staff. Our hiring standards are held high so as to ensure that our officers and administrative staff are some of the most professional and dedicated employees.
Although the City of Humble is a relatively small community in terms of size with a population of approximately 15,000, there are as many as 200,000 people traveling throughout our city on any given day.
While the department works closely with the community, we work diligently to maintain our five primary principles within our mission statement, which are to 1) protect life and property; 2) provide public peace, order and tranquility; 3) prevent crime; 4) apprehend criminals; and 5) provide for safe streets.
Our department has achieved the “Recognized” status by the Texas Police Chief’s Association, joining other cities in Texas of this honor.
Thank you for visiting our website and if we may be of service to you, please contact our agency.
